What if I want to return my product?Updated a year ago

We've got one of those long detailed Refund Policies that you can read here, but here is the simplified version to make it easier. We do recommend if you would like a refund you take the time to read the whole policy. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Australian Orders:

After we email you back to confirm the order, you'll need to send them back to us via registered post. We recommend registered post because we can't control what freight companies do and we can't refund a product that doesn't make it back to us. 


International Orders:
